'nuff said. Jeeps. helicopters, and planes should be implimented, but still like WWII (Or WWI, I forget...) So the Planes wouldn't be like overpowered CoDMW3 Stealth Bombers, but old fighters... These vehicles can be used with no kills, just like Battlefeild. 3-5 Jeeps can (AND SHOULD) be placed in one map, unless the gamemode is babel, FFA, arena, or if it is just a small map. It is used to transport soldiers. The helicopters are used to transport soldiers from one place to another. No fighting with these, it's WWI or WWII. The planes are used for aviation fighting, so the battle isn't just for the ground. Just like the Jeep, these shouldn't be in small maps or different gamemodes (and maybe respawn after they crash. With battle in the air and others on the ground, there has to be a way to take down these overpowered vehicles if a noob took your plane(s). Anti Air (tanks or) machine guns, these really large machine guns that when you shoot the vehicles, they fall (Remember in Airfield in Black Ops? They had these when you had to defend your position). Again 3-5 vehicles each should be in the map. Planes, Helicopters, and jeeps can crash into or on something causing an explosion. Jeeps can go 1 block up at a time, with at least a 2 block space to climb. So mountains are a problem, water is a problem... 4 soldiers can be transported. Also, damage of the vehicle should be put in a GUI if you are in it. Helicopters need to slow down before landing, and 5 people can be transported, not including the driver. Only 1 person can be in a plane, and need lots of flat land for clearance for takeoff/arrival. For instance: Bridge Battle or Pinpoint is a good map.

Jeep= 3 Anti Air/Plane hits (BOOM) Or 3 Semi/10 SMG/5 Shotgun tracers
Helicopter= 5 Anti Air/Plane hits, 10 Semi/30SMG/25 Shotgun tracers (depending on closeness)
Plane= 10 Anti Air/Plane hits, 15 semi/60 SMG tracers
Human= 1 Anti Air hit, 3 Plane hits.

So the Anti Air guns are machine guns... Well...
You can kill the person in the Anti Air gun, he is technically sitting on the outside moving it...

Beside, anti-air gun, against soldiers that would be an one-shot machinegun. Way too overpowered

Having both old planes and combat helicopters wouldn't fit, helicopters were almost not used in warfare until Vietnam War. Light and pretty weak fighters (with a machinegun and minor bombing abilities) like in WWI would be ok, also with WWI tanks - equiped by a MG or light cannon.

So it's a no from me. If vehicles had to be implemented, the list I'd propose would be (with rock-paper-scissor gameplay) :

-truck : armed with an anti-air cannon and has light armor, serves both as fast troop transport and anti-air defense. Beats planes but beaten by anything else

-heavy tank : armed with a light cannon and has heavy armor, beats ground vehicles, weak vs planes and infantry

-light tank : armed with a machinegun and has medium armor, beats infantry, weak vs planes and heavy tank

-plane : armed with machinegun and bomb drop, light armor but, beats tanks but weak vs anti-air and other planes

IMO, some kind of jeep or truck, used to transport troops, a boat for moving in water maps, and the Chopper seen in Mat^2 videos, used only to transport troops, not to attack the enemy, would be enough.
