Got a great new idea for the game?

Shotgun buff

Couldn't find this in the DNSL and I couldn't find it in the search.

I think a good buff for the shotgun would be the ability to knee cap. ( Enemy can no longer sprint? ) ( You'd have to hit the legs of course )
Along with the shotgun blast pushing you back. ( a recoil effect that would ruin their aim )
I think this will help the shotgun because you wouldn't need to worry about the enemy getting out of the effective range ( Knee capping ) and the ability to push the enemy further away ( Ruining their aim ).

Thoughts?

If this has been suggested quite a bit before, please lock this and delete it if possible.

I agree that the shotugun should be buffed, but not like this, maybe just more of a chance of the bullets hitting the target infront of you.

I was also thinking damage wise or lowering the spread.
But I thought that this would somehow make it more favorable.
I was basically trying to make it more appealing and thought this would help in tunnels.

I would rather make it so that it has a slightly increased fire rate and a mild adjustment in the spread.
To a Physicist, white and black is the presence and absence of color.
To a Fine Artist, white and black are just shades and tints of color.
To a Painter, any paint that you could get into a can is a color.
THIS color, on the other hand, is #b4d455.

just raise its damage a bit, so it's more consistent at close range

This, if bullet damage is what determined consistency, we wouldnt have noticed a difference from the .7 shotgun.
