Ace of spades client for raspberry pi (sorry its possible)

Quake 3 Arena has been ported to over raspberry pi. Then why not ace of spades? both were windows applications in the beginning. Of course, this would need motivation of Ben Aksoy. Why would this be important? Here are a few examples

1. low cost lan parties
2. Children in Nigeria can frag Westeners
3. raspberrypi is only the size of a cred card so if someone were to buy an old pentium box they would save much space.
4. it's pretty cool
5. Why not?

if you don't believe me on Quake 3 Arena here is the video:

I've said this a couple times, and I'll say it again: ben should wait until the game is finished before he worries about porting it to other platforms.

Essentially, OP is asking for a port of AoS for GNU/Linux.
To a Physicist, white and black is the presence and absence of color.
To a Fine Artist, white and black are just shades and tints of color.
To a Painter, any paint that you could get into a can is a color.
THIS color, on the other hand, is #b4d455.

Well, TF2 has a port (OSX) that interplays with Windows and they get both get updated.

He could update both of them if it's possible to him.

He could, but it would probably be better to make sure the bugs/balancing issues are ironed out before porting it.

This should be fun, since Ben is working on a py version of AoS that would mean that it will be multiplatform and since we already saw one running on Ubuntu Linux it is more reassuring.

This is an amazing idea.

The OpenGL client should be crossplatform right? (I don't see why they would lock themselves in to one platform).
Thanks for the info about the py version too, I remember seeing it in the repo but wasn't sure if it was being abandoned in favor of the OpenGL.

This could turn out to be incredibly awesome, it would actually be viable to have a portable server and 32 computers and take them to a LAN as easy as you would a desktop.
