Scrollable Chatlog

Pressing T or Y should make the chatbox more prominent (toggle a dark background, 40% opacity?) and the scrollwheel should allow the player to read previous messages posted. All too often am I trying to read something and it gets covered up by Portuguese banter or server notifications, and gone forever.

Unless I'm an idiot and there's already a way to do what I'm talking about, I imagine this being very useful. What do you think?

I agree, I would just also like if it wasn't just the scroll wheel to scroll, my mouse' scroll wheel is broken.

But 92% of the players don't know damn about this kind of things for the game.
It would be good because sometimes, I just miss all those messages that seem to be directed towards me.

A way to fix our problem:
Get modloader; http://www.goonhaven.org/threads/modloader-0-74.2789/
A chat log is kept of all the chat, so you can scroll through and check it.
Strangely though, the admins removed the topic for it over here. I have no idea why.
