I have yet to see any sudjustions for weather. I have thought about this for a long time. Now I see that many games have weather. For example it rains. Rain could partially blur your screen and make it harder to see at long distances. Possibly the same could happen with snow. Take minecraft for example. It has storms, rain, snow. It just adds a little extra realism.
If all of this gets shot down (which I believe it will), can we at least have clouds and a sun? For example when you look into the sun it can glare you eyes. I do not remember what game has this feature. I would mainly like clouds and a sun so that it makes sense when a map begins to darken.

You got my vote! Make a map that has specific weather, for example. You could make a jungle and have the weather storm on it which makes the maps lighting become darker and harder to find enemies, or something like partly cloudy IF moving blocks could be made, make clouds moving blocks and they cast shadows on the ground. Overcast could even darken the environment for a spooky feel. Great Idea! ;D

Edit: Arma2 has sun glare and it makes everything darker in bright environments. Kinda like brightness correction.

Yeah I think having some sort of weather feature in AoS would be cool, and it would add an extra touch to the game.

I like the rain because it could be done easily with the extreme fog of AOS. and it could add a gloomy and scary atmosphere.

+1 I like games where you're in an epic situation where you have to run away from people that want to kill you and it is raining, lightning is striking and thunder is crashing !
