Different kill, different point

Postby lolpwned23 » Sun Mar 11, 2012 4:13 am

Alright, so there are 4 ways to kill people in Ace of Spades.

Grenade
Spade
Headshot
Shooting

Well I noticed its easier to get body kills than headshots
And Getting a kill with your spade doesnt happen all to often

So I think different kills should be given different points

Grenade-3
Spade-4
Headshot-2
Shooting-1

I think these point vaules are resonable

Other information:Airstrike kills will only be counted as one kill

Nope.avi

Why should the way you kill a person make a difference to your score? Isn't the goal to kill, not get a 360 noscope? We would just get stupid OnlyUseMeSpades in servers.

But it is harder to get kills with a spade because of the range disadvantage

It is also pretty difficult to get kills with shotgun because of the range disadvantage. If you shoot and the enemy doesnt die in the first 2~3 shots, then you are as good as dead bro.

We are here because the Universe offers conditions so life can evolve,to the point where(at least one)species,in a small planet around a star lost between millions of galaxies,is able to ask itself:What was my origin? (M. Gleiser)

The main essence of the idea is not too bad but it requires more thinking and tweaking.

I would only agree to the spade having more points than a regular kill. Due to the .75 update coming soon (In steam time), spade kills are even harder to get when sneaking.
To a Physicist, white and black is the presence and absence of color.
To a Fine Artist, white and black are just shades and tints of color.
To a Painter, any paint that you could get into a can is a color.
THIS color, on the other hand, is #b4d455.

I would say the opposite.Sprinting favours flanking and commando'ing using Shotgun and Spade.

Well, that's why I'm exited of the .75 update, really. I like seeing people using the shotgun more often.

Maybe we should get 1000 point every time we spadekill mikuli and Tank.
