AoS should be on Steam

I think Ace of Spades should be on Steam, obviously free, there are only 15 free-to-play games on Steam, I would really like to play Ace of Spades with Steam, get achievements(First headshot, 100 kills, etc.).
There are millions of people online everyday on Steam, a lot of people will see the game and play it.

Wouldn't be so bad.
But then we need to make a GUI menu first that allows hosting servers from the menu.
As going to the program folders of a steam game to find the server.exe, would suck badly.

I don't think aos is big enoguh for that yet.
But maybe in the future we will see.
But it won't be an easy compettition for aos.

As you said, It's not easy and AoS has to be improved before being in Steam, a lot of things have to be done, but if it were in Steam, millions of people would see it and a lot of them would play it.

Your English is not bad at all,at least for me.Some times I just think that people but "sorry for my bad english" so that people have sympathize with the idea =P

I know this is a bit of a thread necro, but with the OpenGl version of AoS, would steam implementation finally be possible? With people often talking about getting more players introduced to the game, there is really no bigger way than through steam.

Most of the popular indie games you may or may not know aren't on Steam. There's a reason why.

makes sense, except steam would charge whoever made AoS for taking up memory space, making us have to pay for it

The reason why it can't be on steam - it is non-profitable project. I mean it is absolutely F2P game. There is none of that on steam. The only one i saw myself was "The Cat and the Coup".
