You guys have globacl banlist already, but its basicly for cheaters and stuff. But what about griefers plus some automatic magic. I mean, we all hate griefing, and no matter how hard you votekick griefers they always come back. So...
What if after "Player A" got kicked multiple times from servers because of griefing, server writes his IP and nickname automaticly to this list and send that information to some global blacklist. And after the "Player A" joins to another server, he is banned.
Servers could choose will they use this feature or not.

Global banlist already exists, please do research before making any other suggestion.
