Chat support for ä and ö

The chat should really support the letters ä, ö, á etc... If there's ö, ä etc.. in the name or chat they show up as strange letters... if you press tab, you can see the letters as what they are, but in the chat, they're just strange letters.

We would need to do one of these:
A: changing/editing a font, or
B: remapping the letters in the small font so they use the same letters as the bigger fonts.

B can be done in pyspades... actually, now that you've said it, I might make a script for that.
HOWEVER, the problem: While you are typing, it will still look wrong.

Maybe I should make a patch for the small font so that it shows the right letters? (This would use A. If Ben makes a patch, I think he will use B.)
