red team and a mini gun with 50 bullet clips that take 3 secs 2 reload but only have 2 spare clips

You just said there should be a third team with a random gun and thats it. What game mode, whats their purpose? What do they do? How much of the server will be divided into this team? Exactly how will this gun work? How much damage? Why is it they get a minigun and no one else does?
