A UI with opaque dialog boxes and server-side calling

Give us a UI! Customizable without external/injected modloaders! And server-side modifiable!

I made a post like this before.
I think its a very good idea to actually separate the player chat system from the game text.
Also, I think patch .76 will have text shadow, which means the text will be much easier to read.
