Since we have several gamemodes and AoS is a successful game thus far, I was wondering what could be done to make it even more unique and keep it fun.
Also, Discuss tweaks that can be made to existing modes.
Some ideas for new modes:
Monument:
Sort of like a reverse Babel. Each team has a structure that cannot be added to or damaged by it's team. Each team must destroy the other team's "Monument" in order to win.
VIB (Or Very Important Bot):
This would be a bit trickier to do but could be fun. Each team has a "bot"( being perhaps a dragon, tank, or other big thing) that provides either firepower, defense, or resupply benefits. Each team must destroy the VIB of the other team or simply get enough kills.
Tweaks to existing modes:
Zombies:
Prevent humans from having more people than the zombies, humans have a large enough advantage. That and encourage building from human team and make zombies slightly faster than humans. It's currently a massacre gametype thanks to the smg.
CTF:
Make intel do something besides points. This will give teams an incentive to do more teamwork. Nothing extreme though, or the team with the best players will mow the other team down before they can act.
