Idea to balance the shotgun : run & gun

Got a great new idea for the game?

This might make the shotty OP, but I would love to see it. It would definitely make the shotty very fun to use.

Shot gun is already very balanced. you can get mid ranged kills if you have a perfect aim. Also the shot gun has a bit of a delay. The bullets do not travel instantly. There for peopl must lead their targets (I personly like this mit makes it moe realistic).

Wat? I never noticed this. Only when I'm lagging.
And, please, are you serious? You can get mid-ranged kills if you shoot the enemy 5 times or get that 1-hit-kill ridiculous kill at long ranges, because of the random spray of the pellets. That is the main problem of the shotgun. The random spread. It causes some occasional 1-hit-kill at distances and 5-hit-kills at close-range.

I don't think being able to sprint and shoot would be a good idea, it would just be weird. just make the shotgun do a bit more damage, but not too much more, or more accurate spread. another idea could be that you draw the gun faster than the others after sprinting, so you can quickly fire right after firing a shot.

i WISH I HAD THIS EPIC MOM duck CAPS as i was saying i had an epic moment wher i was playung hill fort infiltration defending and i poped up and saq the faint outline of an enemy. I quickly shot then duck and there was a 1 second delay befor i had a headshot. I jumped up and kick my chair over then my mom banned me from playing for 3 weeks9the chars was demolished).

I will try to translate the sense I milked from this:
You was on a Infiltration map defending, and popped up shooting the enemy, you shot someone, and only 1 second later the kill is confirmed.

Yap, it is lag.
