[Slight] weapon sway

Got a great new idea for the game?

Should slight weapon sway be implemented?

Define this? We don't need a ton of different things to go in simply to adjust stability and accuracy.

crouched behind one block, and you are right up against it. it probably would be a waste of time to add really, it'd just be easier to have less sway when crouched

This is meant to make the game slightly more realistic and challenge players while removing rifle spread.
People don't do practical jump shots in real life.

Weapon sway applys to all weapons but spade and grenade for obvious reasons.

So what? It's a game and it's not about reality. Bad idea. []bMW2-ish.[/b]

So what? MW2 didn't invented this. Just because it is in MW2 we shouldn't have it, is that so? Well shit son, then we should remove sprinting, walking, ironsighs, and the guns themselves, because all that shit is ALSO in MW2.[/quote]

Aiming is already difficult we don't need sway, that's all. "MW2 didn't invented this" You don't say? "Just because it is in MW2 we shouldn't have it, is that so?" No one said that.

One thing to note is that all the "Pro's" around here will hate it. It would render random jumpshots useless, and would force veterans to relearn how to use the rifle.

I approve. The rifle is far too overpowered in the terms that the accuracy is constant, no matter if your jumping, running, crouching, or standing. We need better accuracy while crouching, and worse accuracy while moving around.

Also, the idea promotes a lot of camping.

Yes, hipfire is already hard enough.

Rifle accuracy is normally thrown off by moving, adding to realism. Campers would have to properly focus while crouching to minimalize the sway. The old rifle accuracy would make every shot have to count.

But the normal camper crouches all the time, at least from my experience.

True, but there are people who stand behind 2 block high walls to snipe, and don't often get down.

I, myself, cannot understand how they do so.

Cause the accuracy doesn't change when you're crouching or standing. Dueces don't realize the importance of cover until they get massacred.

Oh god I suddenly flashback to the days of sniping in Far Cry! It was so difficult with all the weapon sway.

I just realized how drastic 10 pixels is. That guy has got shaky hands.
Recommended sway is reduced.

So accuracy deterioration over battle? I like the idea. Perhaps weapon sway should be more prominent as HP decreases.

I was just thinking about that, then decided against it as I felt punishing the players for being hurt would cause frustration.

We are here because the Universe offers conditions so life can evolve,to the point where(at least one)species,in a small planet around a star lost between millions of galaxies,is able to ask itself:What was my origin? (M. Gleiser)

You must use the touchpad on a laptop if you find aiming difficult. Implied premise from you resulted in retaliation.
