Opinions:

I think this is more the issue with #12, If my ping is low I have no trouble with the rifle.

3. Give us more blocks - or allow us to dig and gain more than the starting limit. Eg; start at 50 blocks, but you can dig to get up to 150.

4. The higher up you are the less fog there should be (aka the further you can see). Towers really need a buff. It should be a necessity to build towers to defensively.

5. Crouching should decrease recoil for all weapons. Accuracy should remain unchanged whether crouching or standing.
I think this may all ready be in the game, but sounds good
6. Melee headshots should deal 100 damage. Do I really have to explain why?
I'm confused as to what this means, I didn't think you could get a headshot with the spade.
7. Pressing the change weapon button while standing on the tent should let you switch instantly without dieing.

8. Intel marker should be visible while someone is holding the intel. As soon as someone touches the intel it is gg right now. If they have a tunnel then there is nearly 0% chance of finding them.
I would prefer it if the icon updated every 10 seconds instead of a constant feed
9. Wavespawning is a cool idea, but sorry it just doesn't work the way it should. Either increase the interval or change back to 10 seconds flat spawn time.
I think this is more or less the servers. By default it is 30, however most servers have it set to 10 or 15
10. Friendly player names visible on map. Not just so I can find friends and talk to people, but so I can see which asshole is standing at the back of our base building a giant checkboard.

11. For God's sake make RPG balanced. It had better not turn out to be "SMG that fires grenades"...

12. Revert the hit detection system. Do you know how ridiculous the game is for people with mediocre connections? Even if you hit the head they just keep on walking - you think 1:10 chance to hit is bad? WIth lag this could easily become 1:50. Very infuriating.

13. Oh yeah, give SMG some more ammo!
Maybe only 1 extra clip. Rifle should lose 1 or 2.
14. Choices for secondary item; landmines, grenades, medkit? Make landmines deal the same damage as grenades, but they need to be stepped on. They can be destroyed with guns or shovels and they won't explode. Grenades are the same as they are now, medkits heal up to 100 health on whoever you point it at, you get 3 of these - you can heal yourself with right click too.

15. Map makers shouldn't make maps with too much stuff on them. Remember part of the game is building your own buildings!

Since I agree on most fronts I'll just list what I want change with:
1: Not 100% but a bit more accurate would be nice.
3: I think the opposite actually. If you picture how many square meters of "material" your carrying you'd see why anything over 50 would snap poor Deuce's spine. But to add perhaps you could get a "overload" feature where holding over 50 blocks (up to 75-85) would slow you down to 0.8 speed.
9: Make wave-spawns a bit better by ensuring a minimum 10 second wait time and putting you in the next wave after the 10 seconds is up.
10: That would get hectic considering how many people can cram into small spaces. It'll need a toggle or a mouse-over selection feature (which means no movement with map open which doesn't sound so bad really).
11: That isn't a suggestion! That's obvious!
12: I don't get where you come from so meh.
13: One extra round is fine. But people need to learn to bust-fire.
14: No med-kits, they add an extra annoying layer to strategy. And mines might be good given they also have friendly fire (no building mine walls around defenses). Perhaps a secondary selection screen similar to the weapon one so you can only have one at a time.
15: To add, we need some indestructible blocks as well, we don't need armies digging like prairie dogs. Some of these blocks littered around and then we'll be fine.

Sorry if I repeated anyone else's suggestions, this is just what came to mind.

I disagree, I think it should be used for mid-long range destruction of blocks, so it will need decent accuracy for taking out towers etc.

So, let's make him hold just 1 block then. Since he is only approx as big as 3 blocks, I doubt he could hold more than that.

Nah, no friendly fire. That could get ridiculous in terms of griefing. Since they are easily destroyable with bullets and spades, it is fine to have a huge minefield.
