New way of votekick

So i have this simple idea for a new votekicksystem.
Cause most people dont give a shit about votekick.
So when someone initializes a votekick, you have to say /y or /n.
You have 2 minutes time to do so.
EDIT: Lasts idea is better.You cant build and kill till you voted :>
So people actually vote and arent like "haha whatever sum guy just griefs their structures lololololololololololololololol *ignore*".
So what do you think about that suggestion ?

Instead of getting kicked, you get a !togglebuild and a !togglekill UNTIL you vote or the votekick process is over.

yes, but just make it so it is a message that does not disappear and maybe uses just y or n, or something like 9 or 0.
