Hey, don't blame me, it's what half the people in this thread are saying.

My suggestion doesn't go far enough to the point where the equipment you get practically forces you to play a certain way, it gives you a freedom. Those doing the job aren't meant to specialize only in it, but instead work together with others and do there job when it only necessary to the time.

It would actually give more freedom to have a gear or equipment slot than having classes/jobs/whatever.

That's why I said dumbed down. Again: It would be a waste of time and pyspades could use a script to do this. It already limits your freedom by forcing you to pick a job unless you could have no job. It just makes things more complicated with no goal. And vote-kick just because someone isn't doing their job? Might as well take his freedom away and ban him while you're at it just because he can't speak english and the small 10% of english players on that server can stay. It's all just too much of a responsibility for certain players to functionally/properly handle if they could. But if you want a script for it go right ahead! Besides, on almost every server you have more people doing something else than what they should really be doing. So why not do a mass vote-kick on them all? Eh? :P It wouldn't work out in my perspective.
