Hello, I have another idea.
Like a few (sadistic) players, I enjoy making "Kamikaze" attacks : cooking a grenade until it's explosion (3 seconds), killing myself but letting no chance of survival to close enemies. This is extremely fun when it's a success, but an (unreallist) point makes it hard to perform : when I'm killed while cooking the grenade, the timer is reset to 3 seconds, whatever the remaining time before explosion. Letting the enemy escape, most times
My suggestion is obvious : do not reset the grenade's timer if the grenadier is killed when cooking the grenade.
For example, if he cooks the grenade since 2 seconds and is shot, make the grenade explode 1 second after his death instead of 3. Letting less chances to escape kamikazes
+ The fun of making kamikaze attack. "Realism" as it's impossible to reset a real grenade's timer
- If an enemy grenadier comes too close of you, you are doomed
