So, as most people know, each server on Ace of Spades has an Administrative login command (unless it's a Vanilla server, whereas this most likely will not apply). After logging in as an Administrator (or something of the sort) on a server, you have some new commands, rather than /ratio or /accuracy. For example, and this is where my suggestion comes in, /fly is a new command. This allows you to fly around on the server. However, the fly technique is quite difficult to work with, considering that you have to mash CTRL with the Space bar in order to actually fly, and it takes forever to maneuver forward. Therefore, I am proposing that we make the flying technique much simpler. For example, in the way it is on Minecraft when you're in creative mode, where you can double-tap the Space bar and you'll be in fly mode, and it's quite easy to maneuver around the map. Then, just double-tap again to get back onto the land. CTRL could be used for going lower and the Space bar could be used for going higher.

This proposal would simplify the difficulties that occur when trying to fly on servers with Administrative abilities.

Yeah, but doesn't mean that people don't want to go invisible and fly around to actually moderate the server. This would allow them to still be able to walk around. Also, some people enjoy building structures just out for the fun of it. You can't build with spectator.

What if you want to build something. Also, switching to spectator is time-consuming and lowers your ratio because you have to die.

Yeah, and it makes a lot of noise if you have a somewhat loud keyboard.

I think everyone agrees that the current /fly is pewp, but I think Ben would have to implement this himself since this is apparently the best we can do with pyspades.

I voted yes because it would make life easier for the admins. I don't think double tap's the way to go though. I think it would work better with press F or something like that.
