Stupid idea, i know. however, im not trying to bring COD to ace of spades.

they would only be for the shotgun class. that class is currently under used in my opinion. the fact that shotguns are primarily a short range would would give it an advantage.

Stupid? No this is a good idea. Don't link flashbangs to CoD though. Battlefield, Swat 4, Counterstrike, Etc. have flashbangs :P. Flashbangs sound like fun. I'm interested in the fact of being flashbanged myself. You have my support ^^

Edit: My post about flashlights also brings up the enthusiastic use of shotguns :D. I have a feeling if we combine your flashbang with my thread and the updated lighting: We could make flashbangs flash light around the area when they go off, alerting you that someone might be behind a corner next to you.

it might be alright, I think smoke grenades would be better for this game though

thats a good idea too, priok, and the particle system for ace of spades would probably be able to render smoke grenades.
