Moving Spawns

Got a great new idea for the game?

Moving Spawns

I think one good idea to implement into AoS is moving spawns.

One, this would cut down on the MASSIVE amounts of spawn camping there is.

Two, this would keep the battlefield a little more interesting. I hate having to walk all the way to the center of the map, seeing the same things along the way, just to find an enemy.

Three, it would make the maps less linear. Most maps have certain advantages for the green team, and certain advantages for the blue team. This way, you would have to keep changing strategies.

Also, it would have to be optional. Maps like Goon Haven rely on there being only two spawn points.

Your thoughts below.

Can you explain your idea in more depth?

Is it something like "if your troops are forward you spawn further forward" or is it a script that can make it do anything?

Sorry if I was confusing. What I mean, is the spawns slowly circle around the map, as the game is played.

Seems like you just want a script to make spawns circle.

This is easy with python; all it is is rotating the player's spawn around the center point X degrees, and make a function that changes X over time.

More suited to a pyspades script than to a build in feature.
