[Suggestion] Votekick and General Chat Suggestions.

MY PROBLEM:

I was playing on Aloha Infiltration, and this guy (who was griefing and framed someone for it...) was (kind of obviously) griefing my creation. I brought up a votekick, and I realized something- if you can take a screenshot, why can't you send it through a votekick?

MY SOLUTION:

It would especially cool to show people the 'devastation' not just talk about it. Maybe even being able to send a screenshot through regular chat?
It would be helpful so that people could actually SEE what happened.

Another one, which I know has been brought up before but I want to add to it, is showing Team Kills in the Kill Feed.
As well, I was almost kicked for Team Killing the person who was framed.
Also, chat options should be able to be customized between servers.
For example, maybe add a Point-Blank Head-shot message in the Kill Feed? Or perhaps allowing messages sent to players who do X Team Kills or X Kills or X Headshots, etc. And maybe you could add a event (kick, ban, ability to start airstrike, etc.) to Y Team Kills, etc.
