Blocking people.

Blocking people is'nt fun, and it would be awesome if it could be fixed. I don't think It could, but it's an idea.

I'm mostly certain that it can be fixed. On most servers though, blocking people is against the rules. So you can either do /admin (message here), or just start a votekick against them.
