Ammo box, health kit and lying

i have suggestions... first. "ammo box" it's really good idea! we have one on resp and we can use this for self or friend (regain all ammo and grenades) but 1 "-" lower magazine size ^^ ex. SMG have 120 in the magazine good ide be low this to 60 (50% lower). second. "health kit" it's too really good idea! the same... we have one on resp and we can use for self or friend. but this not regain all, but only 50% hp, great?(use it takes 10s.) now... "lying"! we can go to (slowly than duck) 1x1 hole. (really sory for bad Eanglish)

Yeah I agree, with the SMG being a rapidfiring weapon for ambushes and making an unstoppable wall of gunners to clear a path, I reckon that lowering it's magazine cap would be pretty annoying.
