Easy way to add players to the banlist

I'm tired of constantly being killed by players such as 'Ace 9045' that use aimbot and all these other hacks to kill the fun of the game, so I would like a easy way for players like myself while in a game to report another player for using hacks such as aimbot and have the queued for 'review' or something and if they are found to be hacking they are added to the list right away because I found a server I love playing on but with having to deal with a annoying kid who aimbots everyone all the time, it just makes me want to quit but no other server is as good as the one im currently on, and having him be able to be banned and removed from the game would make it so amazing to because then we can have a fair equal battle with the other players and enjoy the game once again.
