well, i was looking a voxlap today.
and i noticed that the maps are so much taller. I mean, EXTREMELY taller.
like the map has to be 512x512x512, and not whatever the current map size is. 512x512x100(my estimate, i know im wrong.)
well, why can't aos maps be that tall?
the only con i can think of is the current programs for heightmaps would have to be changed to that it limits them to the current default height, but leave vast potential for skyscrapers so tall that compared to now you wouldn't be able to see the top through the fog.
