Yup, and it's good like this.
Paratrooper wrote:8: It would be made impossible to steal the intel stealthily if intel markers are still visible.
Nope, people could do it before fine ^^
Paratrooper wrote:9: Wavespawning is a good way to ward of base campers. I agree with setting the default respawn time to something shorter.
As if people die more than once to base campers in the first place. Just die the first time and see where they camp, then kill them.
Paratrooper wrote:11: Just make it inaccurate at longer ranges. After flying for about 2 seconds, it will start swiveling uncontrollably. Also make a very long reload time.
I disagree, I think it should be used for mid-long range destruction of blocks, so it will need decent accuracy for taking out towers etc.
Paratrooper wrote:13: I though the rifle should have less ammo...
I've never run out of ammo with rifle, not sure if this is because of pyspades ammo boosting or because rifle is crazy for ammo conservation.
Paratrooper wrote:15: This is more of a suggestion towards the map-making community. Maybe a mix of both would make a perfect map, like Normandy where less that half the map is urban.
Ja.
Paratrooper wrote:Also, sidearms. Whip out a pistol while reloading in a firefight.
Ammo management is super important! I don't want sidearms for everyone straight up.
PyroKnight wrote:3: I think the opposite actually. If you picture how many square meters of "material" your carrying you'd see why anything over 50 would snap poor Deuce's spine. But to add perhaps you could get a "overload" feature where holding over 50 blocks (up to 75-85) would slow you down to 0.8 speed.
So, let's make him hold just 1 block then. Since he is only approx as big as 3 blocks, I doubt he could hold more than that.
PyroKnight wrote:14: No med-kits, they add an extra annoying layer to strategy. And mines might be good given they also have friendly fire (no building mine walls around defenses).
Nah, no friendly fire. That could get ridiculous in terms of griefing. Since they are easily destroyable with bullets and spades, it is fine to have a huge minefield.
PyroKnight wrote:Perhaps a secondary selection screen similar to the weapon one so you can only have one at a time.
Yup
