Got this interesting glitch when i was playing on GH1

That means someone's directly below you.
You can see people through blocks that are directly above and below you.

But i never fell through the platform, hence why my camera is still up there.

You probably died and saw your teammate on the bottom floor. As for not being able to see yourself, The deathcam was probably "Inside" you player.

Another question would be why are there boxes around people? Wallhacks?

Not really, the one from me was just sorta random. And the one from the guy, he didn't specify what happened.
