Toribash

It's a turn based fighting game, in which you have 30 second intervals to decide which joints to contract, extend, relax or hold to pull off kicks, jumps etc.

This is a video of what it looks like.

Too bad Adrian (The creator of the video you linked) is no longer interested in making Toribash videos. I don't really play that much anymore, I forgot when was last time I actually played for fun, but anywho, feel free to hit me up if you would like to play some time. First time I tried to noob-clap someone on an intermediate server he kicked my head off from the starting position.
