If you don't know who the creator of the sights is then don't add them to your mod pack. Because you need to give credits for that guy (in this case - me, because that is my sight) otherwise it will be considered as stealing. And then you can get warned.

This scope isn't the only file he uploaded without it's owner's authorisation : the Kar98k is my Kar98k (from my WWII German Pack, link in my signature), with only a scope, a magasine and a bipod added.

I compared voxel-by-voxel, without the 3 elements I listed that's EXACTLY the same. Even the wood color is the same (23-11-4), the color grid is the same in SLAB 6, see below with this comparition picture :

You can't deny that you modded my gun. ASK me the right to do that next time you want to upload a modded version of my guns.

Just give credit to both scarfacemperor and SIMOX before you get into any more trouble. Besides, you didn't change too much from scarfacemperor original kar98k model. Better looking or not, it's still obvious that you derived it from his work.
