The Delta Force is hiring specially trained snipers and bunch of butt-kicking experts in AoS.We are cooperative,helpful,and bunch of snipers that is always butt-kicking all the players in many popular servers like aloha and goonhaven.We don't accept lazy and n00b players that will ruin the clan and we don't accept clan hoppers too don't be too lucky.We will be on your side if you are in trouble,just call us in aloha and goonhaven servers,we don;t accept defeat until we have the one we wanted.Feel free to ask any questions in this clan,TY!

Rank Descriptions

1.Leader-The leader of a clan,in charge of everything in the clan.
2.Co-Leader-the co-leader is in charge of everything while the leader is not around,the co-leader must not be lazy.
3.Delta 001-The best sniper/member in the clan and sometimes a leader of squads in the battlefield.
4.Delta 002-Much like the co-leader of the clan but the Delta 002 cooperates with the Delta 001 in any situations.
5.Delta 003-The Delta 003 is the 3rd best sniper/member of the clan,in order to get this rank you must have 100+ kills.
6.Delta 004-A bit new member in the clan,in this rank you just cooperate with the leaders and other members.This rank is automatically given to a member when he/she is on the clan for 3 days.
7.New Delta-A newly recruited sniper from the best maps,he/she can attend only matches but not major matches.
8.Recruit-the lowest in the clan,has no ability to join any match,he/she needs to attend training before entering the 4 DELTA ranks.

If you truely believe you have a copyright claim, I'd advise you to hire a lawyer, show that you were the first ones EVER to use the [Delta] tag, and then have your lawyer submit a DMCA takedown request to the forum administrator.

If you don't want to do that, be quiet and stay out of their thread.

That is the second time I have seen somebody claim copyright over a name. If you used it first it is just good manners to not have a clan with the same name, but it isn't against copyright.

1. This type of thing should be done via PM if you truly want to "avoid conflict".
2. By posting in this thread, you're just drawing this out. If you two DELTA guys hadn't posted in this thread, it would probably be on the second page by now and well on its way to obscurity. Now you've brought it to the front page, near the top and given it more chance to succeed.

If you want him to stop using the name, I'd suggest you PM him and STOP POSTING HERE!
