I cant name my favourite. All these soundtracks are my favourite.

Hmm.. Most Likely Morrowind. That game was so amazing and still is and the theme to the general music had such a great tone to it. I do like Skyrim's to and most Zelda tunes are catchy..But Morrowind wins

Pretty much the entire soundtrack to Cave Story (the original tracks please, none of the "remastered" music in the remakes :p), it's all got such a beautifully distant and emotional sound that nothing else I've heard can compare to.
