Honestly, depends on the admin running it, sometimes they are surprisingly stupid. Other times, extremely biased when it comes to decisions of kicking and the knowledge if they are telling the truth. (E-friends and casuals on servers usually get a upper opinion and even a final say on the kick, while others might get ignored, understandable on some levels, unacceptable on others)

Aloha and Goon are great servers, if I was going to criticize a server, it would be on the level of moderation, the mapping systems and how all maps they work together (do not want to move from pinpoint all the way to market garden), and the admins and how they work with the community and it's player-base. Keeping up-to-date on server status and what-not.

Actually, they do. If you were a hacker and could choose between a heavily moderated server and one with dead admins, which one would you go? If you know the first had good users who are going to votekick you if you start with monkey business, and the other one have only a bunch of randoms that never vote, which one would you pick?

Exactly, hackers are hackers and shouldn't represent servers. Lets say a hacker goes into aloha. All of a sudden aloha represents hackers? No, like I said, the level of moderation represents a server. And if I was a hacker, I wouldn't be wasting my time with this game. If I was someone who used hacks, than I would go to the best server with ping, than go to the next best server after getting kicked. You know why, because hackers do not care about getting kicked, they play to grief and that's all. If a hacker cares about getting caught, than they are pretty freakin' stupid.

The players in servers will always be random, choosing them to represent a server will never get a definite result if a server is good. Moderators and admins on the other hand will. They are the only players who represent a server.

A major reason people join clans is because you eventually get sick of having to stick around with randoms and ignorant people who, one; don't know anything about votekicks and two; don't care. I guess I take back a part of my statement when I should clarify, moderators and admins represent a server while randoms don't.

You missed my point. If you were to choose a server, based on it's players which one would logically be the best "habitat" for a hacker, one with no moderation and lazy randoms, or one with good moderatio and/or dedicated players that really votekick hackers?
In the end, what defines if a server has more or less hackers, and the overall quality, is how the players and admins act.

That's really silly. The fact is that players in a server change. This game loses players and gains players everyday. A player named 'cat' might join one day and give a great game with teamwork. The next day others might do the same thing. The third day a player named 'dog' might join and grief the whole server. Just because the majority of the time the server was good doesn't make the server good.

But there are servers that are natural magnets to the more mature players.

Also, pyspades scripts and the gamemode types also make a difference.
