Seperate mouse sensitivity for ironsights

I have a problem.
My mouse sensitivity is good when hipfiring, but I would prefer it to be lower when aiming down sights.
I suggest confiq file would have sensitivity for hipfire and sensitivity for scopes.

I suggest using a mouse with variable sensitivity (any "gaming" mouse made in the last 5 years pretty much).

Barring that, ingame variable sensitivity would be grand.
