Actually, it's called a copyright only if you got a bunch of lawyers that have approved whatever it is you are copyrighting. This is why I feel that these fights over clan names, tags, ranks are so completely pointless and meaningless. Hence I think you all should just don't care about it. Let the people have what they want.

there 2 clans called LoST i rekon it should go to the right ful owner and thats candyman he had this clan in march i thin it was and closed and re-opened it i think 2 times it is know re open so if a admin can sort this out it would help this out

Two things:

1. Blur, stop multi-posting. If I see you double/triple posting again in this thread, I'm going to start handing out formal warnings.

2. All this talk of copyrights and clan names is insane. If any of you truely believe that your intellectual property is being stolen, I'd advise you NOT to post here, and instead hire a lawyer, show him proof that you came out with whatever silly clan name it is you're upset about, and then have him fill a DMCA request to get the infringing content taken down. If you don't want to drop thousands of dollars on lawyer fees, shut up about it. You didn't invent 3/4 letter words.
