So why? Why a powerful rifle that got high accuracy and RoF is balanced with a low power high recoil inaccurate "only Crouch weapon" ? Anyway I got really no power to write any more. I go sleep.

No I Shoot'ed at least hundred times a guy at fog range with smg(Stand) I tried 1 bullet shooting no way even if it was on his head the bullet would fly 5 or more blocks away from him. And if you think u cant Stand and Burst fire kill a guy at fog forget it that cant be done even with 1 bullet shots .
You forget, the rifle is a
bloody accurate single-shot weapon, whilst the SMG is a
rapid fire SMG which has recoil. You can't expect the SMG to NOT have recoil in a game like this, otherwise it'd be the OP gun which can be sprayed quite accurately without much praying. Besides, what are you complaining about? Since 0.75 the SMG has had a
buff already, with
increased accuracy overall, especially when crouched. It's actually more on par with the rifle now.
Maybe now its the shotgun which needs re-balancing. I don't use it much, but from what other people are saying it's a bit inconsistent and bad.
You also forget that each weapon has a specific role to play. With that in mind, your view of them being "balanced" in one particular aspect may not be the aspect which the gun is supposed to fill. SMG is not a long range weapon, you can't expect it to be DEAD on at fog range. The rifle however, is accurate all round, so it's good for long range, and if used properly, good for short range too. Maybe NOT aiming down the sights on the rifle could have some more spread to make close range combat a bit more realistic, but otherwise its fine.
Also, due to some factors such as lag and weird aiming mechanics since 0.75, the rifle isn't ALWAYS dead on anyway, and it requires skill to be used well.
