Step 1:
Have the scope you want to work on

Step 2:
Click on the blue box that is circled in the image, and with that
highlight the part you want copy.

Step 3:
Then click on the blue arrow, when you click on it the color of the
box changes and 8 circles pop up on the line of the box.

Step 4:
Click on the image that you highlighted and make sure not to lose the box.
Then...
Right click on the image and copy
-or-
ctrl+c the image
Step 5:
Make a new canvas, by clicking on file;New...;

Step 6:
Set the appropriate size for the new scope.
Then press on Ok

Step 7:
Then a new canvas will be up and in that canvas paste the image, by either
Right clicking on the canvas (the big white square in the middle) and click on
(Paste)
or
ctrl+v

Then you will have your image, this was done in 15 mins. so bare with me. :) I'll update it shortly with more defined steps.
