How many suggestions actually make it into the game?

Every suggestion post has a majority of people who say it's a terrible idea. Have there been many suggestions from the forums that have made it into the game?

That's because most of them are terrible ideas.
As for your question, I can't really answer. I think sidarms are going to be in a future release, and those are requested almost daily.

True, although some ideas that are relatively less stupid still get the same amount of criticism.

No but srsly my idea would be the best idea evr bcuz im so much smarter thn every1 else and im uber pro at the game i play call of duty ALL THE TIEM

Then you have not looked hard enough. Im pretty sure client side team colours was a suggestion, as was spectator, as was smg/shotgun as was toggable autoclimb, as was autoclimb itself iirc. Annnnd the list goes on.
