[REQ] Mortar Mod With Python

When the command /mortar is typed, the rifle turns into a mortar for the player who types it (can be toggled of or on). The rifle then, fires grenade at 5 times the strength as normal ones, so it goes pretty far. BUT, it has to be fired while crouching and it has to be reloaded every shot.

Erm...no idea what's with the post above me (advertisement), but yes, a mortar would be nice, although I don't want it to turn into BF3, where 1 MGunner can hold down a point from my whole team with one stinking mortar. :(
Limited ammo, maybe range, and defiantly explosive power (down to the same as grenade or twice power, that's it).
