QS would mean Quickscope. The file name simply means the "LEET QUICKSCOPING MSR SNIPER" or whatever. It's just a reference to how tryhards use the MSR to quickscope and get erections from it ;)

Oh yeah, TPG-1 is released, as shown in the title. Get it ;)

Thanks. It was a bit late cuz I was also working on an AoS map with a friend of mine... So, the large amount of delay you experienced? It usually doesn't happen.

And i have no clue to the second question i just clicked the download i saved it to my desktop and hit run and it said that it cant i tried about 7 times to download it but my attempts came with no reward haha

My friend, click the top right of the screen where it says "Skip ad"
Don't open that EXE file, it could be malicious.
