Its realistic and balanced Thats how it is. Have you ever played a game where all weapons are 100% Accurate Cause that force " Skill " CS Cod BF UT any game (not old aos) ? I think no. And i think no one can say that the Pro's on CS are noobs cause the weapons are "based on luck" They all are great player's .

The weapons must have spread and movement inaccuracy cause that forces balance and is human - realistic normal or what is the word to explain.
Also all that games got its "100%" accuracy parts if you lie down , duck or simply stand still. Preventing aos 0.70 where all rifle'rs where simply running and gunning.

And why should a 30. - 40. cal semi-rifle be 100% accurate? What is with the other guns. U cant ask for a 100% accurate gun without thinking of its consequences on other guns that would be fatal for them.
I think Ben made a big step in Aos balance by Making the rifle a stand still weapon (not 100% stand still).

Also, I've never played a game where a long-range weapon has a cone of fire. It's one of the stupidest things I've ever heard of and makes the game terribly frustrating.

I highly doubt it, as he is working to get hit detection fixed. It's not even a problem of accuracy you are talking about, you seem confused, this is about rubberbanding and hit detection mainly.

Do you even know what RoF is? I hardly see a difference in RoF. And your 1/10 figure, where did you get that out from? Are there statistical facts to prove it? I don't think so.

Before you say accuracy has been changed and it's been 'balanced, la de blah', you should know it isn't even because of the accuracy.

RoF is Rate of Fire I knew what it is .

This is ridiculous, people have been complaining about the Rifle's accuracy (nerf, buff or otherwise) since the 0.54's. ;/

There has only been one time since .21 (when I started playing) where the accuracy has been changed as drastically as it has in this update (it was an even worse change in the past, at least ben didn't completely screw things up as poorly as he did in the past)

EVERYBODY had a big fit and he IMMEDIATELY changed it back the next update
We can only hope he listens to the community again and changes things back...again.

Sadly there has been a large influx in young and POOR players who cant notice the difference on account they miss shots all the time and chalk it up to their own inadequacies, when us vets notice the difference is related to a change in the rifle.
So there aren't as many people complaining this time around...

(I came here during the 0.50's, so I wouldn't know about 0.21.) I dunno about you, I might not be able to score headshots nearly every single time but my marksmanship isn't hampered all that much with the Rifle's cone at the moment. You can't please everyone, sadly.
