What kind of music fo you listen to?

I didn't see any threads that were like this in the past few pages, so I figured I'd do so.

I mostly listen to post-rock, post-metal, and melodic death metal, though I also enjoy classical (mostly from the 1800's to early 20th century), big band, and folk. I'll listen to anything if it suits my fancy., though.

Some bands that I like are Godspeed You! Black Emperor, the Diablo Swing Orchestra, Insomnium, and *Shels.

Awesome, that band is great.

My taste is pretty varied, but the genres I frequent the most are hardcore, post-hardcore, punk, emo (as in stuff like Mineral, American Football, and Sunny Day Real Estate, not that bullshit where the guys put on makeup and try to fit into the tightest jeans they can before proceeding to play really horrible music), and indie rock (using that term loosely) like Heatmiser, Cursive, Modest Mouse, The Van Pelt etc.. I also listen to a bit of grindcore and powerviolence. I like anything really fast and in your face

Not of a great fan of today's music, They don't have that "swing" or sound that I enjoy, I like the oldies ranging from Country like Hank Williams, Waylon Jennings and Johnny Cash, down to Rock N' Roll like Chuck Berry, Elvis to Creedence Clearwater Revival and ZZ Top.
