Gun looks good, but iron sights looks like you painted them in ms paint in 10 sec. Try using "Double Dimensions" option, or paint them pixel after pixel.

Well,yes,most of your ironsights looks like you made them in MS Paint. Use the Double Dimensions tool and start modeling the ironsights from there.

EDIT:Ah,and,use R and T to mess around with the shading to find a setting that you like,it will look waaaay better.
