You should be able to install it without admin privlages.
Otherwise, try making yourself admin via the safe mode admin account.

I downloaded that file and when i click client.exe it says "ERROR : Visit ace-spades.com or try a different server"

You can't run it from client.exe. You have to click the links on http://www.ace-spades.com/play/ and AoS will open accordingly.

...Unless you're on Linux (Ubuntu). If you're on Ubuntu then install a browser in Wine and use it to join AoS. I heard it may work. If you're on a Mac use my port in News section.

I've putted the zip version of AoS on a folder on the desktop and i used the alternative way to join a server!
