If I host a 32 slot server, how much space will that take up for around 3 hours? Also if it does take up space, will I gain that space loss back?

Heres the smartass'd answer:

If you have logging enabled, everything everyone says will be stored to a file. This file will take up space.
You can delete this file if you want.
Running the program will take up memory because ... its running.
Killing this program will free the taken space.

Okay so I want to host a pyspade server, so I host it from the winrar file and then where will everything be stored?

Once you unpack the winrar file into a directory and run Ê€á´œÉ´.Ê™á´€á´›, all logs will get saved into:
(Yá´á´œÊ€ DÉªÊ€á´‡á´„á´›á´Ê€Ê)\ÊŸá´É¢s\ÊŸá´É¢.á´›xá´›

So for example if you unpacked pyspades into C:\Program Files\Ace of Spades\pyspades, your logs would be saved to:
C:\PÊ€á´É¢Ê€á´€á´ FÉªÊŸá´‡s\Aá´„á´‡ á´Ò“ Sá´˜á´€á´…á´‡s\á´˜Êsá´˜á´€á´…á´‡s\ÊŸá´É¢s\ÊŸá´É¢.á´›xá´›
