Murrika - The 2012 Election

Postby PXYC » Thu Oct 04, 2012 3:01 am

What do you guys think about it? Obama, Romney, Robama? I just watched 45 minutes of the debate, and let me tell you, that's boring. Why don't we have a debate of our own (or at least the small amount of somewhat intelligent people that know something besides the two main parties).

All of them seem like shit, to tell the truth.

Well, I was assigned to watch it for 45 minutes from my AP Government teacher. But I ended up watching the whole thing. I thought it was actually pretty interesting. I was raised republican, but some of Romney's ideas just didn't make much sense. =P
I can't wait till the next one.

Romney only cares for the rich people.

Although I really don't care, I'm 13 so I can't vote anyways. I won't get into a politic argument.

Both of the candidates are retarded and it still surprises me that we hold onto our crappy two party system. On the bright side, romney got better at speaking since I last saw him so the 20 minutes of the debate I stayed awake during wasnt too bad.

A potato would have been a better canidate, but seeing that it is impossible, I'll side with Obama.

wow great topic title

I am not going to vote for either of them, I don't think Obama really did anything good in the last 4 years, and I don't think Romney would do anything good either. Obama is better than Romney I guess, but it shouldn't be based off of "the lesser of two evils". the president should be chosen on a different basis, not just choosing the one that is slightly better, while both of them are bad.

I'm undecided on who to vote for though, I am thinking about Gary Johnson, but I don't really know that much about that guy yet. I'm still researching some of it

We have two choices:

The man who seeks long term gain for America.

And the one who will tell you his plans... Later.

Then again, republicans and democrats might simply vote blindly for the one that is one their political party, like people always seem to do.
