Vouching

On vouching:
Anyone is welcome to vouch, inside the clan or out.
However.
A vouch is based off knowing someone for a while, knowing who they are and how they work, and forming an honest opinion of them. This opinion can be shared, but must be adequately explained.
Do not vouch if the person 'seems nice' or 'wrote a good app'. We accept/deny applications based off a past activity check and by interviewing the applicant. Not by taking 30 seconds to scan their app.

I know we are ALL guilty of spontaneous vouches. But please, no more.
Only vouch if you have something helpful and well thought out to say. This will streamline the recruitment process.
