I believe that's what started this whole thing. That's not abusing power in my book. That's muting a troublesome player.
As for not banning the griefers, I'll admit I was a bit preoccupied. I was letting the votekicks proceed. The /gc didn't ever seem to be serious enough to drop what I was doing. I completely forgot about Aw3someRez's mute for like 20 minutes. Someone reminds me and herp derp beats me to the unmute. The very next thing out of Aw3someRez's mouth immediately convinced herp derp to put the mute right back. "WHY DID THAT BITCH MUTE ME?!!!!" Or something like that. Later when Aw3someRez got obnoxious again, I went back to his first request of SEND ME TO JAIL NOW!!!! and that's exactly what I did.

Please guys, in the future, don't just troll us about not doing our jobs and abusing our power. Just do a simple /admin Someone is griefing. [preferably with names] We deal with so many false votekicks it's not even funny. When a /gc shows the votekicked person is only taking out 8 blocks in the last 2 minutes, it's barely worth going to investigate. Also, what's Albert's IP... I'd like to look into his ban.

Let's forget about this conversation because we all know it will be pointless. I was accused of trolling, admins where accused of abusing. Even though other members that are not in INV also said that too. But hey, this conversation will go back and forth and we all know it will not end unless one gives in. I will give in for the safely of my members. INV Members, please do not post anything else related to the abusing power. And Admins, you may say and do as you please. We all know that everyone of us thinks we are right and the others are wrong. Am I right about this? Let's let it go..

I'm not here to fight, I'm looking for common ground. I looked into Albert's ban. That wasn't my ban as it seems I was being accused. His ban is now undone. We don't really have a way of verifying whether or not he was griefing or if they were his own blocks so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

I'm serious about the /admin thing though. We'll take a votekick a lot more seriously if there's a member we know that's accusing him. Votekicks are made by noobs all the time and most are crap.
