You should know what a meeting is, well it's on our IRC Channel. IRC is basically a chatting system, so we're having a meeting on our chat channel.

Im so sorry that I was multi clanning.
I did it cause you said my post wasnt accepted so I tried to join [FL}
but then some one said I had more 1 chance so I changed it and I got
accepted into both clans and then I told xtroke to take me off clan [FL}
Please let me stay on {DSC] cause it was an accident im so sorry please forgive me.

Well, I do understand what you are saying, and I know it's an accident, but rules are rules. I can't just let one person get away with something because the next one will be all like "But he got a second chance". Sorry, but you are not allowed to re-join.
