Roles Addition Proposal - RAP
Purpose:
Add new responsibilities for more members; increase involvement and participation
Benefits:
We will be able to have more manpower (and womanpower) to work on tasks and create events
Summary:
This proposal basically revises our current ranks system while adding new voluntary roles for members.
A- LEADER rank will remain UNCHANGED.
B- CO-LEADER rank will be occupied by NCO's - those directly APPOINTED (hand-picked) by LinStar
C- OFFICER rank will be occupied by regular members - you must be VOTED IN (once or twice a month, probably) to the officer position by your peers via a voting system.
D- SPECIAL ROLE ranks will be occupied by a clan member or any rank - you must SUBMIT AN APPLICATION to enter a specialized rank. Your application must be ACCEPTED by current members of the desired special role. if there are none, then it must be accepted by a ranked member.
E- MEMBER rank will remain UNCHANGED.

SPECIAL ROLE LISTING:
Each member can only be part of 2 special role rank MAX, but try to stick with one so you let other people get a chance at being part of one as well.
[ARF] - ADVERTISEMENT & RECRUITMENT FORCE:
The Advertisement and Recruitment Force will be in charge of advertising our clan and recruiting new members by directing them to our thread. ARF-members will not have the authority to accept or decline any applicants.

[CAC] - CLAN AMBASSADOR CORPS:
The Clan Ambassador Corps will replace the current 'Clan Battle Council'. CAC-members will be able to contact other clans to organize events such as clan battles. They will also go and participate in other clans' threads/subsections as well as play with their members to get to know them and report back (these guys will need to be friendly, social, and active). They will report to the Leader for decisions to be made about allies/enemies.
ideal size: 2-3 members
[DIA] - DEPARTMENT of INTERNAL AFFAIRS:
The Department of Internal Affairs will handle information such as surveys, revise clan rules if needed, and manage inter-clan meets. handles officer voting proceures. They will not have the authority to automatically alter clan rules, but rather must post their rule change proposals to be accepted by the leader/co-leader council.
ideal size: 1-2 members
[GDT] - GENERAL DESIGN TEAM:
The General Design Team will consist of members skilled in making avatars, signatures, music, maps, and game modifications. Obviously, these guys and gals will be in charge of making avatars (bordering, etc), signatures (or advertisements for the ARF guys to utilize), music, maps, scripts, and mods.
